ពិធីសម្ពោធ
Svay Rieng University is established through sub-decree No 73 ANKR/BK dated on May 27, 2005. This institution was created by the generous financial and equipment donations of several high ranking officials in Cambodia; especially, those who have links to the province. Its inauguration was held on January 25, 2006 honorably presided over by the Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN Sen, the Prime Minister of Kingdom of Cambodia, and Lok Chumteav.
